Communication is smooth and detailed for reservations and pickup is a breeze upon arrival. We were traveling with a family of 5 including a baby so having the rental car ready right in front of our arrival gate upon arrival late at night was helpful. They even offer a baby car seat as well. There are plenty of car selection and prices are reasonable. I will rent from them again next time I’m back in Kota Kinabalu! It was also a very busy period (before elections), so a lot of the cars elsewhere were fully booked. I needed a 4WD and they delivered an awesome Hilux of a newer model. Would definitely use them again next time in KK, recommended.
